OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
We aim to send out your order within 2 working days of receiving.
If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed within 2 working days the following week.
We will send your item(s) 2nd class recorded and it will require a signature.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order, we cannot be held responsible for failed delivery with incorrect details. If you make a mistake, please get in touch below and we will try to help if we can. If shipping has already been processed, additional shipping costs will incur.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
We really hope you love the products, however on the off chance you would like to return your purchase, please return your item(s) back to us in original packaging within 14 days of receiving.
Please email us below with your name and order number and we will send you further instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
You will need to cover costs of the return shipping, we recommend a tracked service with proof of purchase, as we will not be able to issue a refund if items are lost in the mail. Original shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.
Refunds will be reimbursed to original form of payment method within 7 working days.

Baby Essentials & Gifting
Hey guys, I'm Emily, owner of Poppy & Aster and mum to my daughter Halle (aka P&A model, props assistant and sample tester).
Poppy & Aster was created whilst on my maternity leave with Halle, designing and searching for products that Halle and I have loved as a mother & daughter duo.
From sensory muslins, to feeding bib sets & play mats, we wanted to create a brand that would offer the most useful baby essentials in great designs to buy for your own little ones, or to gift to new parents and babies!
We specialise in birth flower muslins, which is where our brand name was born! My birth flower is the Poppy for August and Halle's is an Aster for September.
